摘要
目的 评价盾叶薯蓣制剂杀钉螺卵的效果。 方法 采用药液浸泡法对不同发育阶段的螺卵细胞进行孵化阻滞实验 ,用点斜法和直线回归法作统计分析。 结果 10 mg/L 浓度浸泡 48h杀灭 1d卵龄螺卵的效果可达到 80 % ,其L D5 0 为 10 .2 8mg/L(斜率 b=1.976 7) ,杀灭 2 0 d卵龄螺卵的效果 <5 % ;测定的生物效应与螺卵的卵龄呈负相关。 结论 盾叶薯蓣制剂对 1d和 5 d卵龄螺卵具有良好的杀灭效果 ,而对 2 0
Objective\ To evaluate the effect of Disocorea zingiberensis to kill Oncomelania egg.\ Methods\ Drug immersing method was used in the study. The oncomelania eggs in the differet growing stages were immersed, the improved Kearbers and the linear regression were used to calculate and analyse the data. Results\ The motality of 1 day egg was 80% in 10 mg/L of zingiberensis and LD 50 was (10.28±1.30) mg/L (sloup b=1.9767) at 25±1℃ for 48 hours, but the motality of 20 days egg was less than 5% under the same condition. The relationship between the biological effect and the egg day was shown a negative value. Following the egg day increased, the sensitivity of variant growing stages of the egg to zingiberensis was reduced gradually. Conclusion\ The zingiberensis shows a fine kill egg effect to 1 day egg and 5 days egg, but no obvious function to 20 days egg.
