摘要
目的 探讨在日本血吸虫感染过程中 ,宿主 CD4+ 和 CD8+ T细胞中死亡受体 (Fas)及死亡配体 (Fas ligand,FasL)的表达情况。 方法 利用免疫组化的方法检测在日本血吸虫感染过程中 ,Fas和 Fas L 在 CD4+和 CD8+ T细胞中的表达。 结果 在日本血吸虫感染过程中 ,Fas和 Fas L在 CD4+ 和 CD8+ T细胞的表达随感染时间的延长而升高 ,但感染10 wk后 ,Fas L在 CD4+ T细胞的表达接近并超过 Fas的表达。 结论 在日本血吸虫感染过程中 ,CD4+ T细胞凋亡比率超过 CD8+ T细胞和 CD4+ / CD8+ T细胞比值下降与相关蛋白 Fas、Fas
Objective\ To study the expression of Fas and FasL in CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cell of the mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum . Methods\ Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of Fas and Fas ligand (FasL) in CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cells. Results\ The expression of Fas and FasL increased in CD 4 + and CD 8 + T cells with prolonged infection, but the expression of Fas L in the CD 4 + T cell closed with or exceeded that in CD 8 + T cell after 10 weeks infection. Conclusion The higher apoptotic rate of CD 4 + T and the lower ratio of CD 4 +/CD 8 + in the mice infected with S. japonicum were associated with the expression of Fas and Fas L.
