摘要
目的 评价金标免疫渗滤法诊断试剂盒 (DIGFA- kit)用于血吸虫病血清流行病学调查的价值。 方法 采用DIGFA与 EL ISA单盲平行检测各期血吸虫病病人血清、非流行区人群血清、疫区人群血清和血吸虫病已控制地区人群血清共 2 30 4份。 结果 DIGFA检测血吸虫抗体的敏感性为 96 .8% ,对非流行区健康人群的特异性为 10 0 % ;该法检测疫区居民血清 5 0 8份 ,抗体阳性检出率为 35 .6 % ,在 Kato法粪检阳性的 81人中 ,其中抗体阳性 79人 ,阳性符合率为97.5 % ;检测血吸虫病已控制地区人群血清 ,抗体阳性率为 4.6 % ;根据 DIGFA的敏感性和对非流行区人群的特异性 ,计算其 Youden s指数为 0 .92 6。上述各项结果与 EL ISA比较 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 DIGFA与 EL ISA有相似的敏感性和特异性 ,且方法简便、快速 ,胶体金标记物制备容易 ,试剂稳定 ,运送方便 。
Objective\ To evaluate the ability of Dot Immunogold Filtration Assay Kit (DIGFA Kit) to detect schistosomiasis in the epidemiological investigation\ Methods\ A total of 2 304 sera from patients with schistosomiasis at different stages, population in non endemic areas, population in endemic areas and in control areas were detected by DIGFA Kit and ELISA.\ Results\ The sensitivity of DIGFA Kit was 96.8% and its specificity was 100% to health population in non endemic area. Of 508 peoples in endemic areas, 79 were positive DIGFA Kit while 81 were found to have Schistosoma infection by Kato Katz. The coincidence rate was 97.5%. Positive rate was 4.6% in population from schistosomiasis controlled areas. Youdens index for DIGFA was 0.926. There was no significant difference in comparison with ELISA( P >0.05).\ Conclusion\ DIGFA Kit held the same sensitivity and specificity as ELISA. Moreover, this kit is simple, rapid and easy to handle and its reagents are stable, easy to prepare and convenient to transfer. Those indicated that DIGFA Kit has potential diagnostic value for schistosomiasis in the field or in the hospital.
