摘要
本文从标准规定应力增加速率为一恒量出发，根据加荷、应力对时间的函数关系，讨论了抗折仪满足标准要求应具备的测试功能及加荷达率的确定。
A discussoin has ben conducted on the testing capacity and loading rate selection necessary for the standard determiustion of hot MOR device on the hots of function of fooding and stress to the time and from the viewpoint of rule that stress-increasing rate should be a constant for standard testing.
