本文针对实施西部大开发战略这一艰巨历史任务论述了西部大开发的关键是思维的开发问题 ,是正确运用马克思主义辩证唯物主义的观点和方法处理好西部大开发过程中的基本关系问题。本文重点详细论述了西部大开发若干问题的辩证关系。
