摘要
目的 :研制一种符合视力检测标准 ,功能齐全 ,并适用于临床的计算机辅助智能视力检测系统。原理 :被检者通过手持遥控器来判断视标开口方向 ,系统自动检测并判别其正误。测试范围从 3.0~ 5 .3,方式有自动及手动。并具有自动监督检测距离功能。结果 :检测 12 6例 ,2 5 2眼 ,两种工作方式结果与传统视力检测结果对照 ,相关系数分别为 0 .96 9(P<0 .0 0 0 5 )和 0 .975 (P<0 .0 0 0 5 )。结论 :智能视力检测系统结果准确 ,检测范围广 。
Objective:To establish an intelligent vision testing instrument, which is scientific and perfect.Methods:The examinee input his or her verdict about the orientation of an optometrical symbol with remote control to computer, which automatically judged right or wrong of the verdict. The range of vision test was from 3.0 to 5.3. The distance between examinee and optometer could be automatically monitored by the system with infrared and ultrasonic testing function. Results: There was much correlation between conventional vision test and intelligent vision testing system on 126 examinees(252 eyes).Its coefficient was 0.969 ( P <0.000 5)(automatic way) and 0.975 ( P <0 000 5)(manual way) separately. Conclusion: An intelligent vision testing system is accurate,and at the same time, examiner can work with ease.
