摘要
目的 :评价经胸二维超声心动图 (TTE)引导电极导管置放的可行性。方法 :4 0例顺序行心内电生理检查 (EPS)的患者 ,分别以TTE(A组 ,2 0例 )和X线 (B组 ,2 0例 )作为影像学导引 ,放置右室、希氏束和右房电极导管。结果 :A组 19例行EPS成功 ,成功率 95% ,B组X线引导到位成功率 10 0 % (P >0 .0 5) ,A、B两组操作时间分别为 (2 2± 7.2 )min和 (12 8± 2 7)min(P <0 .0 1) ,X线曝光时间A、B两组分别为 (1 35± 0 8)min和 (8 8± 2 .7)min(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :TTE可作为影像学导引替代X线透视进行EPS。
Objective:To assess the clinical practicality of positioning electrical catheter during intracardiac electrophysilogical studies (EPS) using transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).Methods:The right ventricular electrical catheter,His bundle electrical catheter and right atrial electrical catheter were positioned guided by TTE in group A(20 patients) and by X ray fluoroscopy in group B(20 patients).Results:The success rate of EPS was 95% in group A and 100% in group B (P>0.05) respectively,the operating time used in group A was (22.0±7.2) minutes and (12.8±2.7) minutes in group B (P<0.01),and the exposure time of X ray was (1.35±0.8) minutes in group A and (8.8±2.7) minutes in group B.Conclusion:Instead of X ray fluoroscopy,TTE can be used successfully as image guide except over obesity patients,and will possess better prospects combined with X ray gastrointerstinal apparatus in intracardiac electrophysilogical study.
