摘要
目的 :建立复方新诺明片含量测定的 HPL C法。方法 :以甲醇 -缓冲液 (35∶ 6 5 )为流动相 ,在 2 32 nm波长处检测。结果 :复方新诺明中 SMZ的平均回收率为 99.10 % ,RSD=0 .2 8% ;TMP的平均回收率为 97.89% ,RSD=0 .46 %。结论 :该方法简便快速 ,适用于复方新诺明片的含量测定。
Objective: A HPLC method was established for determination of Sulfamethoxazole compound.Methods: With a mobile phase of methanol-buffer(35:65),detection wavelength was 232 nm.Results:the average recovery of SMZwas 99.10%(RSD=0.28%),the average recovery of TMPwas 97.89%(RSD=0.46%).Conclusions:This HPLC method could be used for quality control of sulfamethoxazole compound.=
