摘要
目的 观察乳腺癌中neu癌基因扩增和蛋白表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法 应用免疫组化及点杂交技术对 90例乳腺肿瘤neu癌基因扩增及蛋白表达进行研究 ,结果 乳腺癌中neu蛋白表达率为 38% ,导管内乳头状瘤及正常乳腺组织均为阴性 ;neu表达与乳腺癌组织学分级 (P <0 .0 1)及淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与雌激素受体状态呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;neu癌基因扩增率为 36% ,与乳腺癌组织学分级呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与雌激素受体状态呈负相关。结论 该基因的扩增及表达与乳腺上皮细胞的恶性转化及淋巴结转移密切相关 ,因此 。
Objective To investigate the correlations of amplification and expression of neu oncogene with clinicopathologic features of breast cancers.Methods Amplification and expression of neu oncogene were detected in 90 cases of breast tumors using immunohistochemistry and isotope Dot blot hybridisation.Results 38% malignant cases were positive staining.while benign cases negative.Neu expressions were positively associated with tumors grades( P <0.01)and lymph node metastasis( P <0.01),but negatively with ER status( P <0.01).Amplifications of neu were found in 36% breast cancers and positively associated with tumors grades( P <0.01),but negatively with ER status.Conclusion The alterations of neu oncogene were significantly associated with cancer transformation fo mammary epithelium and lymph node metastasis.Hence,Dedtecting neu oncogene might be a significant index in evaluation of biologic behavior and prognosis of breast cancers.
