摘要
本文根据热油管路温降规律的特点,从热油管路优化运行的原则出发,考虑保温层追加投资的时间因素,评价了热油管路保温层追加投资的经济效果,提出了采用保温方式的热油管路应存在最佳保温结构的思想,并编制了计算程序。该程序可用来确定一个加热站间最佳的保温层厚度和对应的保温段长度,可用来选择最佳的保温材料和保温条件下最佳的加热站间距。
The program this article provides can be use to determing the thickness of the Optimum Thermal insulation and the length of the corresponding sections of thermal insulation pipeline.It can be used to select the optimum thermal insulation material and the opti- mum space between stations undr thermal insulation conditions.
