氧乙烯/氧丙烯/氧乙烯嵌段共聚物破乳剂的合成、表征和破乳效果

摘要 对用阴离子聚合法合成的三个氧乙烯/氧丙烯/氧乙烯(EPE)共聚物(DT01、DT02、DT03)和英国ICI公司的产品L64进行了分子表征和破乳性能比较。研究表明,分子量和组成在适当范围内(Mn=2000-3000,EO重量含量20%-40%)的EPE共聚醚具有良好的原油破乳脱水作用,其中保持较纯的EPE三嵌段结构的DT01和L64的破乳性能更佳。 Three samples of oxyethytene/oxypropylene/oxyethylene block copotymers, DT01, DT02, and DT03, are synthesized by an anionic copolymerization procedure. The Mn, Mw, hydroxy-equivalent, number-average funetionality, and EO-content of the samples are determined in Comparision with an ICI's commercial product, L64. The microstructure of molecules of these samples is investigated by using ^(13)C NMR technique. These samples together with L64 are tested in laboratory demulsifying experiments on a large number of W/Otype emulstfied crude cils, both as received aud artificially prepared. It is shown that the EO/PO/EO block copolyethers with Mn 2000-3000 and EO-content 20-40% by welght, as a rule, have satisfactory capacity of demulsifying crude oils emulsions. The samples with higher purity of EO/PO/EO triblock structure such as DT01 and L64 are much more effective demulsifiers than those with more structural heterogeneities.
