摘要
本文用滤膜因数法和岩心模拟试验进行堵塞程度的研究,讨论了注入水中机械杂质、乳化原油、铁凝胶和腐生菌的含量与造成的堵塞程度的关系。
Four main factors in flooding water which are responsible for flooded reservoir blockage, i. e. suspended solid, ferric gel, TGB bacterial precipitation, and emulsified crude oil, are studied experimentally through determinations of particle size and size distribution, membraue filter factor of water samples, MF, and permeability damage, D, of natural cores from Malin low-permeable reservoir, Changqing Oil Field, obtained in core-flow tests. It is shown that: (1) Suspended solid of little particle size at high content in water is very harmful to such reservoir while the reservoir with little pore radia is less damaged. (2) Fe^(3+) gel is dangerous and produces serious formation blockage at a content more than 0.4mg/l water. (3) TGB is not a significant factor in reservoir damage. (4) Low content of crude oil in water (≥~24mg/l) causes only very slight reservoir damage. A series of empirical expressions are presented to relate MF or D with SS, Fe^(3+) or crude oil contents in injection water.
