摘要
本文介绍的新型水基乳液除垢剂,可用于清洗油田管道、设备,对于清除由沥青、石蜡、无机物组成的混合积垢有独特的效果。
This water-base emulsion is specially developed for removing mixed scale accumulations, asphaltic, waxy, resinous, and of insoluble inorganic salts and other substances, deposited from water-containing crude oils on the inner surfaces of oil-producing equipments and pipelines. The main components of this scale-remover are: mixed hydrocarbon solvents, 8—20％, a chemical compound for converting inorganic scale to soluble substances, 2.5—25％, surfactants-emulsificators, 5—10％, organic amines, 0.25—5％, auxiliary washing agents, 0.5—2％. The principles of formulating and technologies of cleaning with the scaleremoving emulsion are presented. An experiment on this emulsion for cleaning downhole pump give very good results.
