摘要
依据近年防塌钻井液的研究成果,本文分析了页岩水化分散的原因和各种化学抑制剂尤其是钾盐、聚合物等的作用原理,介绍了阳离子交换容量、水化容量、液体比重、毛细管吸吮时间等研究页岩稳定性的方法;综述了页岩抑制剂的发展动向。
Shale stabilty is one of the key problems in drilling practise. Troublesome Shale may bring about pipe-sticking, hole-fill and even hole abandoment. In this review the causes of hydration and dispersion of clay minerals and the shale stabilizing mechanisms by potassium salts, polymers, and other chemicals are analysed. The methods and technigues of investigation of shale stabitity-Cation Exchange Capacity, Hydration Capacity, Hydrometry, Capillary Suction Time, and others are introduced, At last, the advances in developing shale stabilizers are descriaed.
