摘要
为寻找和合理利用桔梗资源及控制生药质量 ,用HPLC法测定春秋两季采挖的桔梗中桔梗皂苷D以及不同部位中桔梗皂苷D的含量。结果表明 :秋季 9、10月份桔梗中桔梗皂苷D的含量最高 ;不同部位中以根部含量最高 ,根皮茎叶中有痕量 ,花果实中未检测到。色谱条件 :分析柱为HypersilNH2 (4 4mm×2 0 0mm) ,甲醇∶异丙醇 =38∶6 2为流动相 ,检测波长 2 10nm ,流速 0 8mL/min ,进样量在 0 1~ 1 9μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,r =0 9998,回收率 96 86 %。
In order to utilize the resource of Grandiflorum reasonably and evaluate the quality of Grandiflorum, the content of platycodin D in different parts of Grandiflorum harvested in spring and autumn were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the content of platycodin D in Grandiflorum harvested in September and October was higher than that harvested in other times. Of various plant parts, the highest content was found in root, little was found in stems and leaves and platycodin D was not detected in flower, fruit and seeds. The HPLC system used a Hypersil column, a mixture of methanol isopropanol (38∶62) as the mobile phase. UV absorption was monitored at 210 nm. The flow rate was 0 8 mL/min.The assay displayed a good linearity over the concentration range of 0.1~1.9 μg and the recovery rate was 96.86%.
