摘要
采用氯仿 -异戊醇 -RNA酶法 ,从菊芋、罗马尼亚向日葵幼叶中提取总DNA ,利用花粉管通道法和子房注射法导入向日葵品种“吉农 92 - 1”、吉农 92 - 5”中 ,发现D1代及D2 代在植株形态、种皮色、百粒重。
Total DNA was isolated, through using trichloromethane-isoamyl alcohol-RNAase, from young leaves of Jerusalem artichoke ( Helianthus tuberosus L.) and Romania sunflower ( Helianthus annuus L.) and introduced into sunflower varieties Jinong 92-1 and Jinong 92-5 through pollen tube pathway and the injection into ovule. New variations were found in such morphological characters as the color of seed coat, the hundred-seed weight and the size of seed in the D 1 and D 2 progenies.
