不同栽培方式对韭菜生产的影响 被引量:16

Effect of Different Culture Ways on Chinese Chive Production

摘要 在温室内采用 3种不同的无土栽培方式和常规土壤栽培方式进行了津引一号韭菜的种植试验 .结果表明 ,韭菜 3种无土栽培方式的株高和第 1次收获时的产量均极显著地高于土壤栽培 ,其 3次收获累计产量均显著高于土壤栽培 ,无土栽培浇施 号营养液处理、无土栽培浇施 号营养液处理和有机生态型无土栽培的 3次收获累计产量比土壤栽培分别提高了 61 %、4 9%和 3 5% ;3种无土栽培方式的韭菜产品硝酸盐含量均低于土壤栽培 ,其中有机生态型无土栽培的硝酸盐含量最低 . The plants being in the second growing season of Chinese chive( Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spr.) ‘Jinyin No.1' were cultured by different culture ways in greenhouse in winter.The results indicated that the total yield for three times harvest(TY),the first harvest yield, and the plant height of three ways of soilless culture were all significantly higher than that of soil culture of Chinese chive.Comparing with the soil culture,TY of soilless culture with No.Ⅰ nutrient solution,soilless culture with No.Ⅱ nutrient solution,eco organic type soilless culture increased by 61%,49% and 35%.The nitrate content in Chinese chive of three ways of soilless culture was lower than that of soil culture.Of all the treatment,the nitrate content of eco organic type soilless culture was the lowest.
