摘要
本文主要阐述常规与优化调度相结合的水电站水库群联合补偿调度方法.该法集优化、常规两类方法的长处于一身,建立补偿调度的数学模型.模型求解过程不失常规和优化调度的特点,所得结果使电力系统效益明显提高.算例表明,不仅保证出力提高达20%左右,而且使原来大部分季节性电能转化为保证电能.本文介绍的方法简单、明了,对目前系统库群补偿调度有一定参考意义.
A method for compensating-dispatching of hydropower stations and reservoirs is presented in this paper, which combines the routine operation with the optimal operation. Considering the respective advantages of the routine and optimal operation, a mathematical model is established for the compensating and dispatching. An example of a hydropower system demonstrates that this approach can give very good results: the guaranteed output is raised by about 20% and the seasonal energy is changed to dependable energy. This method is simple and clear and can be used in reservoir dispatching.
