摘要
通过对导生特性的分析 ,提出了聚酰胺装置中导生系统的设计原则和设计方法 ,并对系统的选用、选材、施工、安装等方面提出了具体要求。聚酰胺生产中一般采用 2 6.5 %联苯和 73 .5 %联苯醚的混合物作传热介质。前聚合器内部导生应采用气相蒸汽加热 ,而后聚合器内部采用急冷和缓冷结构的导生器。外部导生系统主要有气相和液相两种导生。必须根据导生的特性及聚酰胺生产的工艺特点 ,选择合理的设计方案。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of dowtherm, the design principles and methods of dowtherm systems in polyamide plants were raised, as were the detailed requirements of dowtherm system and materials selection, construction and installation, etc.. It was suggested that a gas dowtherm for steam heating should be adopted in first polymerization reactor and a sharp\|chilling or annealing dowtherm in after polymerization reactor. The dowtherm design depends on the characteristics of dowtherm and polyamide production process.
