摘要
本文研究了添加稀土元素C_e对青铜法Nb_8Sn冶金和超导性能的影响。添加C_e著显提高Nb_3Sn层的生长速度。添加C_e的样品经700℃×48hr热处理后临界温度T_c明显比纯N^(b_3)Sn高,在5—7.5T测量磁场范围内,含C_e样品的临界电流密度低于纯Nb_3Sn样品,但高于含Ti的样品。同时添加C_e、Ti的样品,其临界电流密度显著高于仅含Ti的样品,并且比仅含C_e的样品有所增加。
The influence of the rare-earth element Ce on the metallurgy and s-uperconductivities of bronze route Nb3Sn has been investigated. The element Ce remakably increases the layer growth rate of Nb3Sn. The critical temperature Tc of Ce doped samples heat-treated at 700℃ for 48hr are obviously higher than that of pure Nb3Sn. In the magnetic f-ield range of 5-7.5T,Tc of Nb3Sn layer of Ce-doped samples are lower than that of pure Nb3Sn but higher than that of Ti-doped samples. The critical current densities of Ce-Ti-doped sample are remakably higher than that of Ti-doped samples and Ce-doped samples.
