摘要
本文对吸收度比值法即Q—分析法的方法学进行了研究,阐明了基本原理和实验方法。该法不经分离,一次即可对两种组分进行定量。通过对安钠咖注射液的分析,咖啡因和苯甲酸钠的平均回收率及变异系数分别为100.0%,0.44%;99.75%,0.97%(n=14)。实验证明:本法简便快速,准确度高,精密度好,且样品用量少,可适用于二元组分及多元混合组分的含量测定。
The methodology of absorbancy ratios (Q-analysis) was studied and the basic theory and experiment method was explained. This method may assay binary mixtures in one determination. Analysing caffeine and sodium benzoate injection, the average recoveries and coefficients of variation of caffeine and sodium benzoate were 100.0%, 0.44% and 99.75%, 0.97% (n=14) respectively. It showed absorbancy ratios method had the following advantages: requiring only an amall amount of samples, a short time, easy manipulation, a higher accuracy and better precision. This method can not only be used in binary component but also in several component mixtures.
