摘要
目的 :探讨胃癌发生、发展过程中幽门螺杆菌 (HP)与 p16、Cyclin D1 基因表达的关系。方法 :免疫组化 S- P法检测 p16、Cyclin D1 。结果 :在癌前病变中 ,HP阳性组的 p16阳性表达率低于 HP阴性组 (P<0 .0 1) ,Cyclin D1 阳性表达率高于 HP阴性组 (P<0 .0 1) ;在胃癌中 HP阳性组的 p16阳性表达率与胃癌的浸润、分化程度有关 ,且低于 HP阴性组(P<0 .0 5 )。 Cyclin D1 阳性表达率在 HP阳性和阴性组间无差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :在胃癌前病变阶段 ,HP可能诱导癌基因 p16失活和原癌基因 Cyclin D1 激活 ,影响了 p16和 Cyclin D1 的表达 ,在胃癌中 ,HP感染对 p16表达缺失仍起着重要作用 ,但不影响 Cyclin D1 的表达。
Purpose: To study the relation of helicobacter pylori(HP) and p16、cyclin D 1 expression in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Methods: Use S P immunohistochemistory. Results: In precancerous lesions of the stomach the positive rate of p16 in HP(+)group was lower than in HP(-) group (P<0.01), that of cylin D 1 in HP(+) group was higher than in HP(-) group(P<0.01). In gastric carcinoma, positive of p16 in HP(+)group was correlated with degree of differentiation and depth of invasion of gastric cancer, and lower than in HP(-) group(P<0.05), but there was no signficant difference in positive rate of cyclin D 1between HP(+)group and HP(-) group(P>0.05). Conclusion: In precancerous lesions of the stomach, HP infection might induce the inarctivation of tumor suppressor gene p16 and activation of oncogene cyclin D 1. In gastric carcinoma, HP infection still affected the expression of p16, but didn't affected expression of cyclin D 1.
