早孕绒毛组织中铜的测定 被引量:1

摘要 采用火焰原子吸收法研究绒毛中铜的测定条件,并应用此条件测定了正常早孕绒毛组织和血清标本100例,其含量分别为0.54±0.34ng/mg 绒毛湿重和20.46±4.95μmol/L,绒毛组织和血清中铜含量无相关性(r=0.297,P>0.05)。作者认为本法具有较高准确度和精密度,而且所需绒毛组织标本量小,临床上可用于一些与铜代谢有关疾病的产前诊断。 The purpose of this paper is to establish a suitable processing method for elemental study in chorionic villi with atomic absorption spectrophotometer (Model GBC—902 AAS)For 100 women with normal lst—trimester pregancy,their copper contents in the chorionic villi and serum were 0.54+0.34ng/mg in wet weight and 20.46 ±4.95μmol/L respectively.There was no significant positive correlation between the copper content of the chorionic villi and that of the serum (r=0.097,P>0.05).The results demonstrated that the method was characterized by its improved accuracy and precision,what is more,only requiring small amount of chorionic villi sample.
