摘要
目的 :使用中药莪术油作为栓塞剂做膀胱下动脉及前列腺动脉栓塞治疗膀胱癌引起的膀胱内顽固性出血。方法 :经血管造影确定膀胱下动脉及前列腺动脉 ,经动脉插管 ,定向动脉内注入莪术油使血管栓塞。结果 :对多种药物止血无效的晚期膀胱癌及前列腺癌引起的膀胱内顽固性出血 ,经栓塞治疗后止血效果良好。结论
Objective: It is to use curcuma oil as suppository to treat intractable hemorrhage of bladder resulted from bladder cancer by embolizing inferior vesical arteries (IVA) and prostate arteries (PA). Methods: After defining IVA and PA through angiography, curcuma oil was infused through catheter to embolize them. Results: For intractable hemorrhage of bladder resulted from late bladder cancer and prostate cancer, many drugs were ineffective, but therapy of embolization was very effective. Conclusion: Intervention of curcuma oil can be used to treat intractable hemorrhage of bladder resulted from late bladder cancer and prostate cancer by embolizing.\;
