摘要
为了解我省卫生防疫管理干部职业化卫生管理教育的现状及其对卫生管理教育的需求情况,为制定全省培训规划及相关政策提供依据,我们于2000年4月对全省县级以上卫生防疫管理干部进行了调查。调查结果显示,全省卫生防疫后备管理干部建设不足,人员结构偏老化;学历结构分布不合理,高层次卫生管理人员缺乏;管理人员的管理知识欠缺,管理能力不足。培训意向的调查结果显示,被调查人员对卫生管理培训的需求较为热切。教学内容上,计算机是被调查者普遍认为最缺乏的知识;教学方法上,以往传统的教学方式受到了挑战,而具有主动性和针对性的教学方式则受到了欢迎。
This Study investigated the Status of professional training of the managers of health and epidemic prevention. Results showed that the managers in this system are aging, and there is a shortage of managers with nigh ranks, and the managers are lacking in administration administration knowledge. On the other hand, the managers show a strong enthusiasm for professional training. They are eager to learn computer knowledge and prefer active and problem-based teaching methods.
