摘要
本文观察了兔眼滤过手术愈合过程的组织病理学变化。光镜显示术后滤过切口纤维增殖活跃,增殖组织将切口完全封闭,增殖细胞来源于结膜下及浅层巩膜组织。电镜观察发现了具有收缩功能的肌纤维母细胞,该细胞在滤过手术愈合及瘢痕收缩中起重要作用。
The authors observed the morphologie changes of reparative tissue after filtering procedure in rabbit.In light microscopic studies, active proliferation of fibroblast in reparative tissue was found postoperatively.Reparative tissue derived from episcleral and subconjunctive tissues bridged the wound side and joined the scleral edges.Under electron microscopy we found myofibroblast in surgical side.Its cytoplasmic filaments could cause wound constriction.Myofibroblast played an important role in the scarring process.
