摘要
本文通过32例83对牙的治疗观察,结果表明复合性牙周炎的治疗必须对患牙进行消除炎症与(牙合)创伤的治疗。(牙合)创伤的治疗主要是调磨牙齿来消除创伤(牙合)力。对于能直视的异常部位采用静态调磨恢复正常的(牙合)面外形和(牙合)曲线;对于咀嚼运动中出现的早接触区采用动态调磨消除早接触点。
The the therapeutic effects of 32 complex periodontitis cases were observed.It was showed that complex periodontitis must be treated by anti-inflammatory agents in combination with the management of traumalogenic articulation.Occlusal adjustment is used mainly to dispel traumatic occlusal stress in the traumatogenic patients.The static occlusal adjustment was used for recovering normal external form of occlusal,when the abnormal place was found directly.The kinematic occlusal adjustment was adopted for dispealling the high contact point, when abnormal place was found in chewing.
