The main content of the computer multimedia teaching soft-environment is to create the scene and ambience of teaching spot by using computer and multimedia technique to synthesize graph. text, sound and picture. This can increase the students' study interest and help the students to understand and remember what they study. The teaching effect is increased clearly. The study of multimedia CAI lively reveal the theory and practical knowledge of specialized subject to the students. The study of CAI softenvironment is mainly reveal the structure. kind. working principle, using method, maintenance means and the warning items of inspection equipments for the vehicle security condition. The multimedia CAI is a discovery of 21-centry teaching reform and a break to the old model of teaching and studying.
