摘要 为了对人参红皮病进行正确地诊断,通过田间调查、化学分析、人工模拟诱发,并用电子探针、 X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜观察测定病组织中无机元素的分布、红皮物质的组分。结果表明:人参红皮病为非侵染性植物病害,其发生的直接原因是在特定的土壤条件下, Fe^(2+)、 Fe^(3+)在参根周皮木栓层固定、氧化沉积和参株不正当的生理生化活动综合作用的结果。病根周皮木栓层细胞壁积聚的红色物质为 Fe、 Al等元素组成的非晶态有机无机复合物。提出了综合防治技术体系,并对综防因子配套组合进行了优化。 : A lot of field investigation,chemiscal analysis and artifical simulated tests Was made to observe and measure the distribution of mineral elements and the composition of the red substance in diseased tissue by Electron probe microanalysis,X- ray diffraction analysis and electron scanning microsgraph.The studies show that Ginseng red coating root disease is a non- infectious disease.The direct cause is that under the special soil environment,the Fe^(2+), Fe^(3+) around the roots is fixed,oxidized and deposited in phellem of the roots,and it cause the changes of the regular physiological and biochemical activities in Ginseng plant,it is a comprehensive action of many factors.The red substance deposited in phellem cell wall of the roots was proved to be noncrystall organic- inorganic complicated compound.Integrated control system was put forward,the combinations of its factors was optimized.
