摘要
发展了一种粗提双孢蘑菇mtDNA的方法 ,获得As2 796亲代及子代系列菌株的mtDNA粗提物 ,用HaeⅢ、CfoI、MspI、TaqI等内切酶进行酶切 。
An extraction method for the crude mtDNA of Agaricus bisporus was developed, the crude mtDNAs of parent and offspring strains of As2796 were obtained and digested by endonuclease HaeⅢ、CfoI、MspI and TeqI resp., while the digestion results were also analyzed and discussed.
