摘要
学术期刊编辑部避免作者“一稿多投”现象的对策 ,最根本、最有效的方式是编辑部与作者签订合同 ,依法实行经济惩罚。编创合同范本 ,举例叙述签约过程和各环节应注意的问题 。
The fundamental and most effective measure for a publisher to avoid writers' contributing the same manuscript to other publishers at the same time is to sign a contract with the writer. A breach of the contract will lead to an economic punishment. This paper provides some contract samples, illustrates the contract making procedures with examples and puts forward suggestions in the management of editing and publishing work.
