摘要
校长的个人决策关系到整个学校的管理水平 ,为了提高校长个人决策的科学化水平 ,校长平时在进行个人决策时要注意把握四个方面 :正确发现和分析问题 ;摆正自己在各种决策中的位置 ;恰当选择决策时机 ;遵循决策制定的逻辑过程。
Principals' individual decision-making directly relates to their schools' effectiveness as a whole. In order to improve the individual decision-making and make it more scientific, in doing individual decision-making the principals should do their best to obey the four regulations as follow: finding and analyzing problems correctly; playing a right role in various kinds of decision-making; choosing the right moment to make decision; following the logical process of decision-making.
