摘要
概述国外数字图书馆的研究现状,明确中国数字图书馆面临的技术瓶颈和技术挑战;着眼于现实,提出把中国数字图书馆有限职责公司建设成数字图书馆的资源加工中心、数字图书馆技术研究中心、数字化资源服务中心、网上知识产权研究保护中心、数字图书馆研究发展中心的设想。
Expounds the digital library research in Europe and the USA, and China Digital Library Corp. Ltd's practice, and the technological bottlenecks and technological challenges. With an eye to reality, the author posesprogram that China Digital Library Corp. Ltd. should become DL resource processing center, DL technology research center , digital resource service center, network intellectual property protection research center and DL development research center.
