摘要
指出传统的定额管理由于缺乏图书馆各项工作的横向比较,其价值逐渐退化,现行的量化指标评分制又带有主观感情色彩,认为图书馆量化管理的最佳改革方向,是用计算机进行实时计量控制,并提出用IC卡辅助计时、质量权值、竞相招标、定量填充等进行量化管理的新方法。
Computerized automatic management system causes basic variation to library work and brings a new problem to quota system management. The efficiency of librarians depends not only on the quality of themselves, but also on the model, software and network property of computers. The traditional quota system management, owing to its lack of traverse comparison has gradually degraded. As the existing quota system bears some individual passion, the real - time control by computer will be a best orientation. This paper also presents auxiliary timing, quality value, bidding competition, amount filling, etc. for the quota system management of libraries in the new century.
