摘要
本文对运动发酵单胞菌无细胞提取液中G—6—P脱氢酶活力的测定条件进行了研究。比较了各种条件——pH值、Mg^(2+)浓度、测试温度、无细胞提取液中蛋白浓度等对测定酶活力的影响,从而得出了测定该酶活力的最佳条件。
The factors influencing the determination of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity in cell free extract from Zymomonas mobilis were studied. With different pH, Mg^(2+) concentration, temper ature and protein concentration, G-6-P dehydrogenase activity was compared and the optimum conditions of assay were given.
