摘要
本文报道了pH、温度和葡萄糖浓度诸因子对固定在海藻酸钙凝胶球中的运动发酵单胞菌(zymomonas mobilis)细胞增殖的影响。实验结果表明在pH6.0~7.0、温度25℃、葡萄糖浓度为10%的条件下,固定化运动发酵单胞菌增殖速度最快,并于7天内达到最大菌体浓度。
The effects of initial pH, temperature and glucose concentration on the growth of Zymomonas mobilis immobilized in calcium alginate beads were studied. The optimum pH range of 6.0—7.0, the optimum temperature of 25℃ and the optimum glucose concentration of 10% were observed for maximum cell concentration in calcium alginate beads in seven days.
