摘要
多媒体技术是当今计算机领域一个十分活跃的热点。本文主要研究把多媒体技术引进监控领域从而改善现有的报警形式。我们提出了多媒体声频监控系统的结构，并在运用小波分析等数字信号处理算法的基础上达到了对声音（特别是周期性声音）的变化进行同步声频报警的监控目的。
Multimedia is one of the most active areas in computer science nowadays. The main object of this paper is to improve the monitoring control by introducing the multimedia into it. In the paper, structures of the multimedia sound monitoring control(MSMC) system are given. Wavelet algo- rithm is added to MSMC besides the fast fourier transform(FFT) algorithm for its multiresolution characteristic. The goal of the MSMC is to give synchro sound alarm signal as soon as the sound (especially cyclic sound) changes.
