摘要
本试验研究了不同土壤相对含水量(30%-100%)对金丝小枣盆栽幼树生长、叶片组织含水量、蒸腾强度、气孔扩散阻力的影响。初步确定适宜金丝小枣生长的土壤相对含水量为70%。结果还表明,土壤水分严重亏缺时,叶片组织含水量减少,叶片气孔扩散阻力明显增大,蒸腾强度显著降低。气孔扩散阻力与蒸腾强度呈负相关。但当土壤相对含水量在较高范围内(50-100%)变化时,对叶片组织含水量、蒸腾强度和气孔扩散阻力影响不大。
It was studied in this paper that the effects of different soil water content on the growth, leaf water content, transpiration and stomatal resistance of two-year potted Chinese jujube trees(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.). The results indicated that the growth was significantly inhibited when the soil relative water content was at 30%, and was somewhat inhibited a: 50% , and was normal at 70%,90%,and 100%.It was primarily ascertained that the optimum soil relative water content for growth of young jujube trees was at 705. when the soil water deficit was severe, both leaf water content and transpiration decreased significantly, but stomatal resistance increased evidently. There was a negative relation between stomatal resistance and transpiration. when the soil relative water content changed from 50% to 100%, the leaf water content, stomatal resistance and transpiration were little affected.
