摘要 本文首次报道了利用种内远缘杂交、转育等方法选育出抗倒、抗病,适宜夏播的谷子核隐性高度雄性不育系。证实了这些不育系的不育性由一对主效隐性基因(msms)控制,败育主要发生在小孢子期。并利用高度雄性不育系的特点一系两用。用这些不育系同苗期带有相对显性指示性状的恢复系测交,在2940个组合中选出了8个增产20%以上的两系杂种组合。两系杂交种生产初步示范超标34—43%,填补了我国夏谷区雄性不育研究利用的空白。 The paper reported first the development of recessive highly-nuclear-male-sterile lines with characters of resistance to lodging and diseases and suitability for summersowing by remote crossing and transferring breeding in millet. It was confirmed that the sterility of these lines was controlled by a pair of predominant recessive genes msms, and the abortion took place mainly at the spore phase, The purpose of double use of one line was based on the property of highly-male-sterile lines. By test crossing of these line with recoverylines posse sing dominant indicators in seedling, eight two-line hybrids with yields increasing by more than 20%were selected from 2940 crosses. The production of these hybrids increased by 34—43% compared with the standard variety in the preliminary demonstration, which filled the gaps on the study and use of male sterility in the summer millet areas in our country.
