摘要
根据连云港地区河流分布及洪水特点 ,合理确定该地区的防洪调度原则 ,建立了考虑降雨汇流过程与潮汐顶托作用下的洪水演进模型 ,与实测资料比较证实了本模型的可靠性 。
According to the characteristics of flood combinations of the Xinshu River and the Qiangwei River in the Lianyungang area, an operational principle for flood control was reasonably proposed. A one-dimensional operational model for flood control of the whole system of rivers in this area was developed. In the unsteady model, the variation of tides in the Linhong Estuary and its effects on the flow in the river reach adjacent to the estuary were taken into consideration. Comparisons of the simulated results and the field measurements show a rather good agreement, suggesting this model has a satisfactory predicting capability.
