摘要
本文介绍一种用于光盘读写头的二元光学器件。该器件不仅体积小（Φ５ｍｍ，厚度１ｍｍ），重量轻（小于０．０３ｇ），而且同时具备分束、聚焦和跟踪误差信号探测等多种光学功能，衍射效率为２６．２％。
Abstract A new binary optical element for optical disk memory read write heads isintroduced,This element is not onlv small in size(5mm in diameter,1mm in thickness),light in weight(<0. 03g),but also with three optical functions,beam splitter,focusing andtracking error signal detection,And its diffractional efficiency is about 26.2%.
