平面点列的一致逼近及容差平滑圆弧拟合及其应用

摘要 本文用最小二乘法一致逼近及容差平滑分段圆弧拟合平面点列。该方法具有操作实施简便易行,拟合圆弧具有双重一致逼近及在连接点容差平滑可控,误差不大于给定值时,拟合圆弧段数最少等特点,可直接用于数控加工、绘图等工程作业。 This article introduces least square method of unanimous approximation and smooth tolerance of segmented circular arc fit for planar range of Points. This method features Simple andpractical operation and irnplementation, dually unanimous approximation of circular arc, Smooth and Controllable tolerance for the Points of connection,besides,it features minimun numbers of segmented circular arcs when allowable fit error is not greater than predetermined Value. This method can directly be used in engineering operation Such as CN Controlled machining and drawing etc. The practical Computing example Shows that above—mentioned method has engineering Significance.
