摘要
分析了电阻应变计和应变仪的测量原理。利用微机自动测量的优点，采用了直流电桥供电和高精度低漂移的放大电路，设计了多路巡回检测的应变应力自动测量系统；实现了数据采集、处理、画面显示，报表打印等功能的全自动化；具有成本低、测试精度高的特点，在实际测试中应用效果良好，为科研生产提供了较好的测试手段。
The measuring principle of wire strain gauge is analyzed in this paper. Using direct current bridge circuit,the automatic measuring system of strain and stress is designed,and the functions of data obtaining, processing, displaying and report table printing are completed repidly by computer. The system has the feature of low cost and high test accuracy,and get very good result in the strain and stress of pressure vessels.
