摘要
本文根据科技兴市战略的实质，利用系统理论和层次分析法，构造了一套整套科技兴市评价指标体系，建立了相应的综合评价数学模型。定量分析的结果表明了所所方法的实用性。
Based on the system and the anaiytic hierarchy process analyses,this paper introduce a target system of Invigorating City With Science & Technolgy appraising.The authors present a comprehensive mathematical evaluation model used for the target system. The results of quantitative analysis show the proposed method is effective and practical.
