摘要
目的 探索选择性扩髓交锁髓内钉在开放性长骨干骨折治疗中的应用。方法 通过对 2 0例开放性长骨干骨折采用交锁髓内钉 (选择性扩髓 )固定后临床疗效的分析 ,综合评价该手术的可行性和积极性。结果 随访 6月～ 3年 ,平均 1年零 8个月 ,取得满意的效果。结论 严格掌握适应证及手术时机 ,并熟练掌握操作技术 ,感染率可得到满意控制。骨折固定时抗旋转、抗弯曲、抗剪力强 ,骨畸形愈合、骨不连明显降低。
Objective To observe the clinical use of the intramedullar interlocking nail in the treatment of long shaft bone open fracture Methods Through the analysis of the clinical effect after the use of the intramedullar interlocking nail (selective marrow cavity rasping) in the treatment of 20 cases long shaft open fracture, we could evaluate the feasibility and the positivity of such kind of operation Results After the follow up of 6 months to 3 years with average of 1 year and 8 months, weve obtained the satisfying results Conclusion The rate of infection could be controlled effectively when the opportunity of operation and indications was grasped and the skill of operation was possessed expertly After the fixation of the fracture, the anti rotation, anti bend, and anti shearing force are greatly increased The rate of malunion and disunion are greatly reduced This method can be better used when the local wounds need skin flap transplantation and on the segmented open fracture
