摘要
目的 了解TNT接触对职业人群心理卫生状况的影响。方法 采用SCL 90症状自评量表对 2 0 9名TNT作业工人和 2 0 2名对照工人进行调查。结果 接触组的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子与对照组有非常显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,且TNT工人心理改变出现较早 ,躯体不适、焦虑、强迫等情感状态得分与暴露年限呈正相关(P <0 0 5 )。结论 TNT作业工人心理健康水平较低 。
Objective To explore the change of mental state on the workers exposed to TNT.Methods 209 workers exposed to TNT and 202 workers as controls were investigated by using self report symptom inventory (SCL 90).Results The scores of the exposed group were significantly different from those of the controls, in terms of somatization, oppressive, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoiac and psychosis ( P <0 01), the changes of mental state even occured hostility earlier than the other symptoms in exposed group( P <0 01).In addition, with the increase of exposure duration the scores of sematization, anxiety and oppressive appeared to be higher in exposed group ( P <0 05).Conclusion The mental state of workers seemed to be affected by the TNT exposure with certain relationship between the exposure and the effect.
