摘要
本文对几种活齿传动进行了结构分析。提出了套筒活齿传动的共轭齿廓综合的两类基本命题,套筒活齿齿轮副的等效机构。应用它的等效机构进行齿形综合,推导出中心轮齿廓的原始齿形、理论齿形和实际齿形方程式。
This paper analyzes the construction of some sliding—tooth transmission.It presents two ba- sic proposition about conjugation flank profile synthesis and the equivalent mechanism of cylidri- cal sliding—tooth tramsmission.Applying this equivalent mechanism to make tooth—shape syn- thesis,the original,theoretic,and practical tooth shape equation is derived.
