介绍了锁相环基本原理的几种形式 ,以及它在合成扫源 WILTRON 6747和矢量网络分析仪 WILTRON360中的应用 ,并根据仪器系统自检时出现的失锁信息 。
The paper illustrates some kinds of forms about PLL's theory and it's application in synthesized sweeper WILTRON 6747 and Vector Network Analyzer testing system WILTRON 360.It also discusses troubleshooting technique about PLL by the information of phase lock failure in selftest.
