工业锅炉运行参数的微机检测与通讯传输

摘要 本文介绍了一般中小型企业所用工业锅炉的运行参数进行微机检测和通讯传输主要部分的设计原理。同时也介绍了组成电、汽、水、风的微机能源消耗监测网的方案。这对于中小型企业实现能耗的集中监视、科学管理、组织第一手资料、节约能源、搞好成本分析、提高经济效益是一个强有力的工具。对一般中小型企业有推广应用价值。 This paper introduces the design priniples of the main parts of a system by using microcomputer to detect and transmit the industrial boiler operation parameters for small and medium sized enterprises. And it also introduces the scheme of microcomputer-inspection network of energy consumption which is composed of electricity, vapor, water and compressed-air. This scheme is a strong and powerful instrument for these enterprises to realize the centralized inspetion of energy consumption, the scientific management and the organi- zation of the first hand information for saving energy sources, doing well the cost analysis and increasing the economical effect. Therefore it's valuable for extending its using in some small and medium-sized enterprises.
