剃齿齿面产生中凹原因的分析

摘要 本文从螺旋齿轮啮合入手,对啮合点的相对滑移进行了分析,导出了啮合点径向相对滑移速度和齿向相对滑移速度的计算公式,并利用公式对实例进行了计算。计算结果表明,齿轮与剃齿刀在啮合点啮合时间的长短,法向压力的大小,相对滑移速度的大小及方向,诱导法曲率的大小都是引起剃齿刀中间磨损严重及被剃齿轮产生中凹误差的重要原因。从而可得出结论:只要用标准渐开线剃齿刀剃齿,必然会产生中凹误差。 Beginning with the helical gear meshing, the relative slidings on meshing points are analysed and calculating formulas for radial relative sliding velocity of mesbing point and tooth-direction relative sliding velocity are derived in this paper, and use this formula to calculate a practicle example. The results show that the length of meshing time on which the gear and the gear shaving tool are meshing together on the point, the magnitude of the normal pressure, the magnitude and direction of the relative sliding velocity and the magnitude of the induced curvature, all of these are the major causes for the serious abrasion on the middle of gear shaving tool, and the middle dent error produced on the shaved gear. For this reason, the middle dent is inevitably produced so long as standard involute shaving tool is used.
